I have been in Naples two days, and I am quickly reminded how much I love thunderstorms, though they're not the best for being out and about. I'm thinking I may have to invest in some real rain gear, since I don't think the ziploc method will do much good here. More to follow soon.

No matter how old I get, I can't help but love cheesy self portraits. Haven't been posting much because I've been moving, visiting, settling, and trying to refocus. Since I got scolded by my mom today for a lack of posts, I figured it was time to push myself over the hump. Sort of.

I am headed home to the sunshine state from July to December to be a photo intern at the Naples Daily News. I've been dreaming of Florida stories my whole life. And, in the words of my friend Ann Hermes... I am finally breaking up with Fed Ex!
